Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

Return is requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (in line with the EU right of withdrawal)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
How to Return

Refunds
